Our SSC needs more opportunities within the school and overall community to create meaningful connections.

A program that pairs up students from high school with middle school to mentor and inspire one and other. We would like this effort to help with academics, learn about new cultures, and foster inter-school relationships.
Eagles could help eaglets by providing academic tutoring, giving advice for social-emotional concerns, managing work load, learning a new language and transitions.
Students from the High school and middle school would sign up to be a part of the program if they would like.
These students could also help with the transition from Middle School to High School or into the IB. It can also become like the “Ambassador program” that used to exist where students who have been at the school a while can provide meaningful guidance to new students.
Eaglets and Eagles could organize activities to celebrate their individual cultures (like potlucks or culture days,) and this program could include mentoring in terms of navigating Mumbai and Indian culture.
New teachers can be involved in the mentorship aspect of this program so that they can feel more included in a new community as well.
An online forum or website could be created so that Eagles and Eaglets can request help and get to know one another. This forum could also provide general information about the program for those interested in getting involved or learning more about the community
